How it works
An in-house stitching floor.
Because we are the factory, custom work does not get outsourced. Our stitching unit converts flats to fitted, builds duvet covers to the exact loft of your filler, and runs monograms and piping for boutique and trousseau orders. Institutional runs (hostel, hospital, railway sizes) are quoted per-piece with fabric options to match the duty cycle.
Lead time is 7–14 days depending on volume; samples ship first on request.
